Fantasy Baseball Insider
By Dennis LePore
The newest edition of the Fantasy Baseball Insider book goes to press the last week of February and is available on-line and as a hard copy (back by popular demand) at $28 (includes shipping and handling). It will be mailed out March 1 to those who have trouble at the computer. We must say that the on-line version is timelier as the projections and cheat sheets are updated on a regular basis through the first week of April. Larry Schechter and Bob Radomski also contribute. The later publication date ensures the most up-to-date book of its kind on the fantasy market.
The book is 180 pages of in-depth scouting reports, stat scans, projections and dollar values, position eligibility, strategy essays and minor league rankings. Over 800 players are professionally scouted and ranked along with an additional 300 minor leaguers. The on-line version’s projections and cheat sheets are updated throughout spring training.
The projected stats and cheat sheets in the e-book will be updated often throughout training camp and into the first week of the regular season.
The Fantasy Baseball Insider makes for a nice companion piece to the web site. The scouting reports are current and you can refer to them all season long. The book is not available in stores.

“VERY nice job on the Baseball Insider book. You're selling yourself short if you think it doesn't look professional. I'll take quality info for glossy cover and fluffy pics anytime. Really found it be useful." -- Joe Bryant, Strategy Columnist, Fantasy Pro Forecast, Co-founder Fan Ex League
